The Primaya Hospital Kelapa Gading project encompassed the construction and installation of interior works across several key areas, including the Executive Polyclinic, Reception Lobby, Admission Area, and VIP/SVIP Inpatient Rooms. Our scope focused on delivering high-quality interior fit-out solutions in accordance with the project's design and operational requirements.

Executive Polyclinic – Level 3Our work was concentrated on the corridor and shared patient service areas, while the examination rooms were completed by another contractor. The scope included the fabrication and installation of wall panels, feature backdrops, minibar units, nurse stations, sofa benches, reception counters, and custom wall coverings with an orange-peel textured finish. These elements were carefully executed to create a welcoming and premium healthcare environment.

Reception Lobby and Admission AreaAt the ground floor level, we carried out the interior fit-out for the Reception Lobby and Admission Area. The design featured wood-grain HPL wall panels combined with Glasstone finishes, creating a warm yet professional atmosphere. Reception counters and built-in cabinetry were finished with HPL and solid surface materials, while loose furniture incorporated selected fabric upholstery and rose-gold metal frame armrests to enhance the overall aesthetic quality of the space.

VIP and SVIP Inpatient RoomsOur scope included the interior fit-out of 20 VIP rooms and 5 SVIP rooms. The works comprised wall paneling, bedhead backdrops, TV feature walls, minibar units, wardrobes, mirrors, vanity washbasins, coffee tables, and sofa beds. The completed interiors were designed to support patient comfort while maintaining the functionality and durability required in a healthcare setting.
